CM Punk is an incredible with many great matches, promos, and moments. Sadly, Punk is about to retire, so I made a list of 5 things Punk needs to do.
#5 Win the Royal Rumble Match

CM Punk should win the Royal Rumble because it would mark a powerful comeback story, reigniting his legacy in WWE after years away. His victory would generate massive fan excitement and set up a highly anticipated WrestleMania main event. With his charisma, in-ring skill, and mic talent, Punk is the perfect star to headline the biggest stage in wrestling.
#4 Win the United States Championship

CM Punk has achieved remarkable success in WWE, holding multiple World Championships, the Intercontinental Championship, and Tag Team titles. However, one accolade that has eluded him is the United States Championship, a title he never captured during his initial WWE tenure. Winning the U.S. Title would complete his collection and grant him the prestigious status of a WWE Grand Slam Champion, a distinction that requires holding a World Title, Tag Team Title, Intercontinental Title, and U.S. Title. Given his current momentum and high-profile feuds, a future pursuit of the U.S. Championship could be a fitting next step in his storied career.
#3 Main Event In Chicago ONE MORE TIME

CM Punk needs to main event a match in Chicago before he retires to give his hometown the sendoff it truly deserves. Chicago has always been the heartbeat of Punk’s wrestling career, where the crowd’s energy and his legacy are forever intertwined. A main event in that city would be a powerful full-circle moment, honoring both his roots and the fans who never stopped supporting him. Ending his career without that would feel incomplete, both for Punk and the city that made him a legend.
#2 Win the WWE Championship

CM Punk should win the WWE Championship one more time before he retires to solidify his legacy as one of the greatest of all time. His return has reignited fan passion, and a final reign would be a fitting reward for his impact on the industry. A last run at the top would also allow him to elevate new talent while reminding the world why he was once the "Best in the World." Ending his career as champion would be a storybook finish to one of wrestling's most compelling journeys.
#1 Main Event Night TWO of WrestleMania

CM Punk should main event Night 2 of WrestleMania to cap off his legendary career on the grandest stage of them all. His return has brought unmatched excitement, and few superstars have the star power or storytelling ability that Punk brings to a main event. Night 2 is traditionally reserved for the biggest match, and Punk’s name belongs in that spotlight before he retires. It would be a historic moment for both him and the WWE Universe, delivering a finale worthy of his legacy.
