Backlash in 2026 wasn’t as good as it was in 2025 or 2024 but it was a solid event. The stage was pretty cool because of the blue and yellow colored lights, but we are here to rank every match…

#5 The Miz and Kit Wilson Vs. Danhausen and Minihausen

Rating from the Bros, 5.5/10

This wasn’t so good from a match standpoint, but did manage to deliver some humor in an often serious WWE. I must admit, Minihausen wasn’t a very surprising special entrance as we were expecting an actual wrestler to team up with Danhausen. The crowd enjoyed it though.

#4 Trick Williams Vs. Sami Zayn — US Championship

Rating from the Bros, 7/10

Sami and Trick put on an average performance for the United States Championship in a WrestleMania rematch. The pace was nice and Sami played a good heel. Also the crowd was really into Trick Williams because of his energy and charisma. I was expecting a bit more out of this match because their WrestleMania match was underwhelming and both have solid in ring skills. Trick Williams eventually pulled out the win.

#3 Iyo Sky Vs. Asuka

Rating from the Bros, 7.75/10

This wasn’t expected to be a great fight and did not disappoint. The two Women showed chemistry from the start, with fast paced combos and near falls. In the latter portion of the match, Asuka went for the mist, but Sky used the announce table piece to stop it! Iyo Sky won in the end with an Over the Moon Sault.

#2 Bron Breaker Vs Seth Rollins

Rating from the Bros, 8/10

This match had a nice pace, and storytelling topped off with a hot crowd. There were well executed clotheslines, takedowns, and more, adding up to a fun brawl. It was cool how the match got progressively better and better as both men pulled out all the stops to win this. You could feel the hatred between these two. Bron then picked up the inevitable win, keeping this rivalry going.

#1 Roman Reigns Vs. Jacob Fatu

Rating from the Bros, 8.5/10

Jacob and Roman went all out in this match. The storytelling in match was nothing short of special. Let’s not forget that the pace was also kept up fast because there was little down time. The clear story of the match was that Jacob wanted to hit the Tongan Death Grip on Roman, but Roman kept trying to avoid it. Reigns, however outlasted Fatu. Even though Jacob lost he still looked strong after that spectacular battle.
